  • The sauna is staffed and therefore someone will be there to guide you if it’s your first time! For experienced bathers, please note the sauna can get up to 85 degrees so we recommend only spending as long in the heat as you feel comfortable, for most people this will be 10-20 minutes. Once you feel hot enough you can head outside to cool down or take a plunge into the sea, rest until you feel ready to head back into the heat, and repeat! Dry yourself before entering the sauna as wet skin inhibits the body's ability to sweat. Don't eat less than 1 hour before and hydrate, before, during and after your session.

  • Bathers- We recommend arriving with your swimwear on, so you don’t lose valuable sauna time!

    Water bottle -no glass please.

A bag for putting clothes in while you are in the sauna.

Towels: A bench towel will be provided, please bring your own towel for drying off with.

Thongs or slides - for easier access to the sea.

A robe or some warm clothes to change into.
