Having a sauna right by Aspendale Beach was an unforgettable experience. The sauna itself is beautiful, and the large window makes it feel more open than a typical sauna. Also, the feeling of going from the sauna to the cold sea water was so rejuvenating and energizing.

Wow! Just wow, we were blessed to have a clear morning with the full moon shining down and the sun slowly rising, into the warmth of the sauna and then a lovely stroll across the sand to the sea. Followed with a warm spicy tea, relaxing seats. We connected with other locals and enjoy this magical morning. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Looking forward to going again and again.

5 star plus plus plus! Yay I was the first to visit and I'm the first to review. What can I say but this was THE most magical way to start the day, like a little holiday before work. Full moon, sunrise, hot sauna, cold dip and a small fire. Wonderful hosts. Gorgeous spot. I'll be back soon!

What a wonderful idea- a small, beautifully lit sauna room with a view over the bay. Dip into the bay between streams, enjoy tea and honey/salt pep-you-ups between. We were there in the evening and the deck chairs around log fire was a treat. Amy takes good care of you. A very special experience - highly recommended!

What an amazing experience, right here in Mordy! Quite simply, if you love relaxing, meeting new people, feeling rejuvenated, and maybe getting a teeny bit out of your comfort zone (the water can be a little chilly but wonderful!)—this is for you. I attended on a Friday evening straight after work and had the best time, even getting a chance to watch the sunset.

My friend booked the sauna for her birthday. It was the perfect chance to relax while catching up with friends. The lovely host Amy explained the sauna practice and we had 3 cycles of sauna, interspersed with beautiful cold water dips in the ocean. They've really thought of everything, with so many lovely touches like water and tea, honey and salt, slides, sauna towels and a circle of chairs around a warming wood fire.

Hours later and my body is still buzzing with energy. A great location, wonderful sauna, and awesome support from Amy talking us through the way to get the best experience. Would recommend to everyone to do it at least once.
